Model moldings are being made for the production of rollers, rings and machine spare parts with the mixers at our factory that have total sand dispensing capacity of 70 tons/h.
Additionally, our present molds used in roller casting are designed to maximize our roller and ring production quality.
At our factory, melting processes are being done within one double pot induction furnace. At one expedition time, total of 11 tons of melting can be done. Rolmak Döküm increases its casting quality day by day by with combining years of experience together with use of new technologies.
Product quality is guaranteed with the automation systems used in our modern foundry from molding to casting.
As an environmental friendly company, our furnaces have specially designed ventilation and filtration systems to eliminate dust and smoke generated during melting. During the melting process, chemical analyzes are made in each furnace and the temperatures of the melted liquid metal in order to control to ensure quality casting.
Rolmak Casting is increasing its casting quality everyday since it started thanks to the continuous incorporation of new technologies in its processes. For the rolling mill rolls to be produced, special calculation methods are used for design and production in order to minimize casting originated errors.
Our factory contains 2 (two) thermal process ovens.
Each peroduced roll undergoes thermal process for internal and microstructure homogenization and further thermal processes are applied in order to increase the roll lifecycle performance.
All rolling mill rolls manufactured by our factory are processed internally on our technical machinery based on high quality technical drawings and standards.

The rollers and rings, which have completed the quality control process and are ready for delivery, are sent to our packaging and shipment department.
